Need Help replacing the filter on your Dyson DC07 vacuum cleaner? Here's a very helpful video that will show step by step how to remove and clean the Dyson DC07 Filters.This is the "lifetime" HEPA filter that sits underneath of the dust bin. It is the final filter on the vacuum, and requires the use of a flat head screwdriver to remove. According to Dyson you should never have to replace this filter, but from our vast repair knowledge at Vacuums Unlimited, we know this filter is the cause of many motor failures. You should at least inspect this filter once a year. After adaquate usage, you will start to notice a black soot starting to accumulate at the bottom of the filter. When this is noticable, you should replace this filter. DO NOT try and wash this filter because the material is so dense, it will damage your motor after it becomes wet. Genuine Dyson Part
