The DC14 replacement stretch hose 908474-XX will be delivered in the generic steel gray version that matches the steel gray found on all Dyson vacuums (COLOR will differ from photo). No tools required, simply depress the release on both ends of the vacuum hose and it will release from the "U" tube at the bottom of the vacuum, and pull free from the wand.
